Video Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble viewing our videos the following information may help:
Check your browser is the version is up to date:
Ensure that your browser (e.g. Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Safari) is up to date. For optimum viewing of our videos we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. This is available for Mac and personal computers using Windows and Linux.
In areas with a slow internet connection try the following steps:
1) Click on the view to start playing it and then press pause.
2) Wait a short while to allow the video to load.
3) Press play.
